Peter wasn’t always a master communicator and had to overcome multiple obstacles before he finally found his voice.
As a boy, Peter struggled with two speech impediments; a lisp and a stutter, which caused him to be shy, introverted, and reluctant to communicate for fear of being bullied and ridiculed. He learned how to express himself through sports, and as an adult realized he had to become proficient in effective communication to be successful in business.
