About The FemiNinja Project

The FemiNinja Project is more than just a podcast. It is a community, and a place where like-minded individuals can learn helpful tips about personal empowerment, staying strong and keeping safe. It is also about life-long learning, finding your voice, standing your ground, living well, and looking good.

It is also a resource where you can listen to women and men share their personal experiences of recovering from life changing events, including devastating injuries, loss, illness, financial disasters and more. The episodes are meant to educate, motivate, and entertain you as they illustrate how you can live your best life possible. I like to say that living well and looking good is the best revenge for anything that life (or other people) throw your way.

After all, life is full of hits, both literally and figuratively. How we handle these disruptions in life can chart the course of our entire lifetime. This podcast and community is the brain child of Yours Truly, and was inspired by my fourteen years of training in Ninpo Tai Jutsu, the Art of the Ninja. I realized that the many secrets of the Ninja that they apply in training, along with the traits and philosophy of the art can be applied to every single aspect of your life.

The FemiNinja Project focuses on positive, uplifting stories, celebrating the tenacity and resilience of the human spirit, and restoring human dignity, one person at a time. It is also about personal empowerment, strength, grace, confidence, health, and fitness at every stage of life. It is also about respecting ourselves and each other. Because I believe that together, we can make the world a brighter, healthier, and safer place.

I encourage all of my listeners to reach out to me with questions, comments, your own stories, or simply to say hello. I would love to hear from you!
