Episode #450: A Framework for Starting Over, Because You’re Worth it with Bryan Blackmon

Bryan Blackmon has an incredible story which is rooted in sobriety, resilience, and rebuilding life in public after living with homelessness and addiction on the streets of California.

Bryan left Texas for California to chase a dream and ended up homeless, sleeping in his car, and drowning in alcohol and addiction until an 85-year-old landlady named Elaine didn’t just give him a room, she gave him a reason to rise.

He shares his incredible and very personal journey with a remarkable sense of humor and positive energy. Now sober, viral, and on a mission to help others, Bryan created and built Crab Crew Life to help people understand that no matter how deep you’ve dug your hole, you can always claw your way back out. Because you’re worth it.
