Sebastian Frey is well known in the San Francisco Bay area as Seb Frey the Real Estate Guy. He is a Seasoned Living Strategist, Senior Home Coach, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and the last realtor you’ll ever need.
Seb is also the founder of Team Sixty Plus and the host of the Sixty Plus Uncensored Podcast. He shares his passion for helping people, particularly seniors, navigate a real estate market which can be volatile and challenging at best. He explains how and why he became active in helping the Sixty Plus community, guiding hundreds of homeowners through buying, selling, downsizing, relocating, aging-in-place planning, and complex multi-generational transitions in some of the most competitive markets in the country.
He founded Team Sixty Plus to support older adults and their families as they make smart, confident decisions about housing later in life. His work blends deep real estate expertise with longevity planning, care navigation, estate considerations, and equity-based financial strategies, and in 2025, he was honored to receive the REALTOR® of the Year Award.
Seb is also a member of the National Aging in Place Council and the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, and has spent thousands of hours studying how aging, housing, family dynamics, and wealth intersect for people in their 60s, 70s, and beyond.
Seb shares great information, not only regarding real estate, but also including longevity, healthy aging, the importance of community, and so much more!
