Belldon Colme is the “Be-Disease FREE” expert, the Founder and President of Nutritional Fitness and Club Lit, as well as a recognized expert in reversing common health problems.

Belldon’s journey into health and wellness began when he received a wake-up call in 2004-2005 when he had three heart attacks, was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, and was told he had a life span of 5 years if he was lucky. He was just 39 years young.

Belldon took matters into his own hands, did his own research, learned how the body really works through the study of cellular biology and organic chemistry and discovered how he could heal himself naturally. Two years later he reversed both his heart disease and his diabetes, lost 105 pounds, normalized his blood pressure, and has remained disease free since 2006.

His work is now his calling, and he helps his clients heal their body naturally, and his mission is to guide the world on that journey as well. Belldon shares valuable and important information regarding why chronic disease is exploding in this country and what we can do to change that, how the food industry uses classical conditioning in food marketing which programs us to make unhealthy choices, why it’s so important who we listen to and where we get our information, how magic happens when we learn how to work with our body rather than against it, why no one ever got fat from calories, and so much more.
