Diane Schroeder is a TEDx and Keynote Speaker, Leader, Writer, podcast host, former first responder as a 3rd generation fire fighter, CEO and Founder of The Fire Inside Her LLC, a community which helps adventurous middle-aged humans on their journey of personal growth and self-discovery to achieve a more authentic, joyful, and empowered life through self-care, community, and leadership.

Diane shares her own personal journey to live an authentic and purpose filled life as well as forging her way to follow her dream of becoming a firefighter at a very young age and working as a woman in a male-dominated profession, a job and career that she loved. She describes how she was promoted into a leadership position and how she built a rapport and relationship with the men she worked with.

She also explains how her personal life blew up around her, giving her the opportunity to change course, and follow her passion, motivated by the strong women she had as role models which she describes as her generational gifts along with the generational trauma which was passed down.

Diane shares how we can all break free of the limitations we experience in our lives caused by the expectations and programming we receive during our lives, the importance of community, learning that you have the tools to do hard things, how to find and release our own power to live an authentic life, and why self-care is self-respect.
